Kayelee

About: Kayelee is a nanny and aspiring publicist. She loves animals and spending time outdoors. She has a vivid imagination and loves filling her sister's head with stories she makes up on the spot, and trying to convince her to make those stories into books. She will, one day, make one of those stories into her own book.

Reviews: Kayelee loves just about anything in the fantasy genre. If it involves dragons or a mythical horse of some kind, that's a bonus. She's also a sucker for a little bit of romance, but prefers stories that aren't just a big sap-fest. No zombies, please. Read all of her posts/reviews here.

Edward

About: Edward is an Oxford Physics graduate but now lives in Canada, builds satellite ground stations during the day and writes SF and horror at night. He's been a VIP at space shuttle launches and landings, climbed Mt Fuji, visited ground zero of various nuclear explosions, worked on indie movies in London, and co-wrote a vampire feature in 2006. His website is at www.edwardmgrant.com.

Reviews: Edward prefers realistic SF but will read most things in the genre and has a soft spot for old action-oriented pulps and monster stories. He doesn't read much fantasy, but will consider it if it's short and the characters are unusual (think Elric, not Lord Of The Rings). No sparkly vampires, steampunk that tries harder to be cool than real (think Moorcock or Bryan Talbot, not Joe Lansdale), or horror that tries harder to be gross than scary. No erotica, though sex is OK if it's not the focus of the story.

Sub-genre Specialties: Hard SF, humor, 'hard' steampunk, space opera, pulp SF, post-apocalyptic, cyberpunk, psychological SF/horror, monster stories

Media: .pdf or any format that Linux can display or Calibre can read. MP3/OGG audio
